Sprayed with carb cleaner and put back together and it started. Two days later went to start and wont took out needle again and sprayed more carb cleaner still wont start .Can anyone HELP?

Take the plug out, re-fit the lead and turn the engine on the starter, if you get a full fat spark, you have eliminated that as the problem. while the plug is out do a compression test, if you haven't got a tester, stick a finger over the plug hole, turn the engine again and if it blows your finger off the hole, you have decent compression. If that is OK, fit a new plug anyway, and clean the carb out with compressed air.

I have a '96 and finally had to replace the fuel pump. I was not able to get enough fuel to it to make it run. I would pull a vent hose off the front of the carb and squirt gas into it and it would run fine it just wouldn't auto-feed fuel. Searched and found where a guy was recommending a Honda pump which was considerably cheaper. It works, but doesn't mount up exactly like the factory pump so I had to jimmy-rig the mounting it to make it work. Fires right up now.
