hi need help got a 99 forman 450 es. when u push the starter button no spark on tester then as u let go of button u get spark for i or 2 turns. warm weather it starts on rollover, cold weather not! we,ve chked switch and bypassed to pull start. then it sparks fine but having one arm pulling it is roughplease help... dan
