Default Need Help With Chinese ATV Identification!!!!!!!!

I have a ATV that I know for sure is a chinese brand, I was told it is a 300cc but could be a 250 or 200 I honestly don't know. It is automatic with reverse, it also looks like it had racks on the front too!! it has the vin which is RK2AH174071000009 and I still cannot track it down. I also have a number or vin that was on the engine which is also the only number or anything on the engine which is E130162. It doesn't say the engine displacement which is usually on the engine somewhere, I have looked for a while now and still have not found anything about it not even the brand or engine size. What I was really looking for is to know how many liters of oil it takes because it has a little clear circle to show the oil level and it looks almost empty bit I just want to know how much oil to put in it, and it doesn't have a dip stick. It is also liquid cooled and anyone who can help I would really appreciate it, Thanks!

Looks like the same rear rack on my wifes Baja Motorsports 250. The rest looks different. Wheels sorta have the same design.

Just stuck it through a different VIN decoder which recons "ninth digit is invalid", however it does give the country as Taiwan and the year 2007. The dash is similar to a TGB Blade but their products are more "utility" and they cast TGB onto lots of engine components.

It looks like you will have to use the sight glass to fill with oil. Use a strong light shining through the glass and make sure you are on level ground.
