Fell for this one and should've known. I put the positive wire on the negative battery terminal and vice versa to clean up the debris. When I turned the switch over there was a pop. I replaced all 5 fuses and tested them, it's all working. Wiggled the wiring around the battery but the machine is completely dead, nothing on the panel. The battery is at 100% charge. The only issue before this happened with reverse polarity is that the battery connection was dirty and the quad sometimes wouldn't turn over.
