I've replaced Pick-up coil,ing. coil,CDI box,plug wire and plug,and Carb.It's in time,getting gas, firing,100lb of comp.,and valves set at .004...I've been a mechanic for 45 yrs. but this is my first GY6,and it has fried my brain..I need help...

 

Does it even try to kick off with starting fluid?

 

sometimes it will sometimes it want....

 

go through your fuel tank and fuel shut offs. Clean them out as well as tear the carb apart and clean it out. Going through the sorta the same thing. when and if i can get it to start. Just put a new carb on with the same symptoms so i figure ether the fuel shut off gaskets are coming apart or their is crap in the tank.

 

It's getting fuel ,the plug is wet...Everything that is supposed to happening is,except for running....

 

Idle jets could be plugged with crap.
