runs & sounds good when cold once warmed up , runs loosey.set idle jet out 2 turn ran good till warmed up, I'm thinking electronics or valves setting??? or choke stuck out alittle but cleaned that out real well. The eng. has a popping sound when warmed up. Also can I get a free repear manual online???

 

Set the valves anyway. Never fiddle with the idle mixture screw, it was set at the factory and won't need altering unless you have done major tuning work. Too late now so, once you have set the valves, get the engine warm and screw the mixture screw in/out until it runs better. My guess would be in.
