I bought 3 lt80s but they was all in parts. I have one 80% done but I have run into this one piece that the manual says it is a carb ring but I have no clue how to install it. Any help appreciated.

 

It goes above the carb slide. This is a Suzuki thing to comply with USA standards (or something like that) as it limits the speed.
These are usually removed at the dealership. Nobody runs that piece. You shouldn't either.
