Default 2003 LT80 won't run - help

Original problem was no compression. Replaced piston, rings, cylinder board oversize and new carboretor. Installed all new gaskets including crackshaft seals.
Then had no spark so I replaced CDI unit, ignition charging coil, ignition coil and emergency brake switch.
Now I have spark but motor will not run.
Cylinder leak down testing showed good results as well as compression testing.
Carboretor and fuel petcock valve are aftermarket. Could this be the problem?
When spark plug is removed it is wet, getting fuel.
Any ideas on what could be the issue?

Check your air filter. If you're getting gas & spark lack of air could be the issue.

I'm wondering if the bottom end is flooded. Did you try giving it full throttle when starting? The carbs leaking gas past the float needle is a big problem especially if ethanol fuel is used.
