I have a Honda 200sx and it starts and run fine but when u get on the throttle it doesn't idle down the way it should. It does idle down but idles higher than it should then it eventually go down where it should be. I cleaned carb. And made no difference I tried another carb and had the same issue. I know it must be carb related just can't figure it out. I would appreciate any help thanks

 

I have had a sticky valve do that to me.

 

Could it be the cable sticking a bit?
