Default 2016 Coolster 125cc irratic starting

Inquiring about starting on our 125cc Coolster. New Coil, new Carb, fresh gas... Unit will turn over , shows good spark and fuel delivery.
Will not start unless jumped from another vehicle.???

Fit a new plug, next set the valve clearances. If it is still bad to start check compression, under 90psi and you need to remove the head and cylinder, and start measuring ring, bore, and piston wear, and valves and seats for pitting and burning.

Re-reading your post, it could be a bad battery or connection, does the engine seem to turn slowly if you try to start it without the jump leads?

ya i was going to say battery. The little battery's in these toys are just enough so when they start going bad it does not take much. When is the last time you had the battery on a maintainer?
