No spark 04 ranger 500

Default No spark 04 ranger 500
Can anyone give me specs on the electrical ? The voltage regulator looks to me like it got hot however I do not have a manual on an 04 I have one for an 07 but nothing in it on the regulator I’d like to get it running so I can trade it for a newer ranger greatly appreciate any help

that's because the newer models went to a control module that does more then just acts as a regulator of voltage.
