Default 2001 Polaris 500 over heating

Hi all
I’ve got an issue I can’t figure out
2001 Polaris 500
It runs fine but after 10 min or so it over heats
I checked thermostat it’s fine
changed coolant
checked, rad is not clogged
disconnected sensor in bottom of rad and hard wired the fan so it’s on all the time
still over heating
any ideas?

Is it spewing fluid out of the overflow bottle? Is there mud or anything in the radiator fins? There can be enough dirt that you may not have seen on the back of it to make it overheat. Did you burp the air out of the radiator?
