Hi
I have no spark on my 125cc try several cdi and plug and coil and stator still no spark

I just bought a new wiring harness and stator and still no spark but I found someting weird when I play with the kill switch on and off rapidely it makes only one spark

I tried taking the black wire from the cdi ans still no spark

This atv drive me crazy

 

Check the voltage from the stator (if it is AC ignition) is getting to the CDI. Check the voltage from the trigger coil is getting to the CDI. My guess would be the trigger isn't working or has a broken wire. Some bikes need the kill wire earthed to spark, all depends on the make and model.

 

I disconnected the green wire on the cdi and now the red light on it flashes but still no spark...

 

If the green is an earth, NEVER, EVER disconnect that and try to start the bike. Best way to kill a CDI is to disconnect the earth lead.

 

mine blinks green while turning over is that ok
