Default 2008 Polaris AWD

Hi all, I have a continuing AWD problem, I have installed a new aluminum carrier in the front differential along with a new armature plate both original appeared to be good, I refilled with the Polaris recomended oil to the proper level. Once installed and all four wheels in the air I can get all four to spin under throttle in 2x4,4x4 and ADC4x4 but no power to the front wheels in reverse with the throttle overide depressed, I cannot get the front wheels to disengage in 2x4, also the AWD icon in the speedo cluster is not coming on at all now, prior to the last tear down it was iluminating but same thing it wouldn't come out of 4x4. Anybody have any ideas out there? Getting really frustrated on this end
