Default Milky oil

Bought a 2014 trv 500 last year with 14miles on it from a dealership, as is. Changed oil and had a haze to it but nothing too alarming. Changed oil a few days ago and definitely looks like there's water or coolant getting in. Hoping this is more of a water pump failed seal and not head gasket. Only has been used for ice fishing and has never been deep in water. Is waterpump rebuildable? an online manual I looked at said it needs to be replaced as a unit. Coolant looks clean and hasn't lost much but does look slightly low. Any helpful insight??
