Default 2008 Sportsman 500 efi cant clear Codes 22, 45, 46, 47

I've got a 2008 Polaris sportsman 500 efi that is throwing codes 22, 45, 46, and 47. I was having some random idling issues and had the main fuse blow. I looked over all the wiring and found a few corroded wires on one of the relays and on the main fuse. I have checked continuity on all wires running from the map sensor, the tps, and the IAC stepper motor all back to the ecu and all seem fine. I've tested the tps and IAC as to the service manual and they both test fine. The quad seems to run fine now since I fixed the corroded wires but I cannot get the codes to go away. I've tried leaving battery unplugged over night and holding the positive and negative cables togther for a minute but that doesnt seem to clear the codes. Does anyone have any idea why these codes will not go away?

Check all your wires running up tnru the handle bar harnesses. I've had multiple broken/shorted wires in that area on my 2008 500 sportsman. Its like the insulation breaks from all the turning and twisting of the bars and polaris didnt leave enough slack in the wires since some were stretched tight. Ive spliced/re-wired almost all of them.

Pay close attention right where the harness attaches to the base of the handlebars. You'll have to take the headlight pod apart and as many plastic panels as you can to get at the wires.

I checked the harness going up to the handle bars and there were a couple damaged wires but they didnt seem to fix the codes. The quad still seems to start and run just fine. The only thing I've noticed is if I pin the throttle it seems to want to bog down.
