Look carefully at the wheels, you should be able to tell if there is a radius, or an angle where the lugnut seats. You could also push a piece of modeling clay into the hole and pull it back out to check that way also. Most wheels that I am familiar with use the tapered lug nuts
Actually had a proper look at them yesterday, and they are ball radius, but such a big radius they look like taper seat, until you put two tapers against one another and find they don't lay flat.
