Default Belt hitting crankcase cover at high RPM

Replaced front clutch and key. The key was sheared off and the rollers were all flat. Replaced all if that and now when hitting high RPM, the belt moves to the top of the drive face and hits the crankcase cover.

Is my rear clutch spring too weak and allowing belt tension to be loose? Don't know what to do from here.

I'm thinking you forgot the big washer in the front clutch. Check a dealers parts fiche to make sure.

I actually did have it wrong but I looked at the picture and put it back together the right way and it's still has the same problem. The belt is new, only used it for one day of riding.
