Default 2015 TaoTao 100 Atv

I have 2 of these and neither one is attempting to even try and turn over. Brand new batteries. Brand new in line fuses. We jumped the solenoid and get it to turn over that way. Voltage from the battery to the ignition switch. Handle kill switch is fine...foot brake seems to be working correctly with the spring. Handle bar brake button is stuck out as well. We are stumped as both 4 wheelers are doing the exact same thing. Any help would e appreciated

Does the brake light come on? As that shows the brake switches are working. Check for power at the thin wires to solenoid. With ignition on, brake on, in neutral (if it has gears) and start button pressed, you should get pos to one thin wire and neg to the other. If you get power there, (an incandescent 12v test lamp is better than a voltmeter, when testing for power), you have a faulty solenoid. If no power there, find if it is pos or neg wire that is faulty, and trace it back until you find the fault.

you have power coming out of the start button? I find if they sit for a a while in damp weather the starter button corrodes up and takes some fiddling before she will fire again
