Had a charging issue and was flashing EFI/VOLT. Turned out the voltage regulator was bad. Replaced Voltage regulator however can take it down the road about 1/8 mile and EFI will flash on the LCD. Check codes... No codes present just says AC00. Checked all the connections to the stator, battery, starter relay....everything is good. Battery brand new... Volts when running 14.6 with lights on... starting 12.7 volts.

Only thing that is not working is the winch. Clicks but won't operate.

Stator is 75 volts @ 5000 RPM and about 1 ohms. Pick up coil is 2 volts and 199 ohms.

Even when the EFI shows up the ATV runs great, no sputtering no loss of power nothing. Shut key off it starts right up with no problems and EFI will be gone.
