Don't. Take a look at brand new Honda ATVs, the swinging arm models still use drum brakes, why? Because it is fairly easy to make cable operated drums work, and really difficult to make a cable operated disc work, and parking brakes should be cable operated. The Chinese use hydraulic parking brakes, but all the big makers go to extraordinary lengths on the disc models, to make the parking brake cable. A well maintained and adjusted drum brake should be able to "lock" the back end, off road. You can't get better than that.

Wow, you don't know how helpful this is to me!! I recently installed those same brakes on my Foreman but they keep locking up. I had a motorcycle shop bleed them because I didn't know how to do it. I think there's water in the line because they keep locking up. Now I know how to bleed them without special tools. Thank you!!! snaptube vidmate
