well i shouldn't say no brakes. if you apply the rear brakes it will slow you down a little but they will not lock up. i have tried adjusting it but still doesnt help. if it is parked and you apply the brake they will lock up and stay locked up. but if you are moving they will not. has anyone else had this problem? tia
