Is there anyway to modify my 97 Polaris TrailBlazers Clutch without buying a clutch kit? I would like it to pull harder, without buying any parts. Any input would be appreciated.

The only thing i think you can do is change the rear clutch spring setting but that might not make to much of a difference. You would be better off saving up for an Aaen Roller action clutch for the TB before you remove the cover and decide to tinker. Be careful not to ruin the PVT cover gasket if you remove the cover.

You can also put a heavier spring on the primary or drive clutch, which will make it engage at a higher rpm. This will allow the engine to have more rpm's built up before the clutch engages, resulting in faster takeoff and possibly quicker acceleration.
