I have a new taotao 110cc quad. Only had it a few months now. Sometimes it starts right up, other times I try to start it and it won't turn over. Sometimes it sounds like the battery is almost dead when trying to start it. When it does start sometimes it dies while idling, sometimes as soon as I give it gas, other times randomly dies when riding whether it be 2 yards from where I started it to 30 min later. Its all over the place so I don't know where to start. I got this as my sons birthday gift and I'm at a loss here. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Check the earth leads for the electrical problem, and although this could cause the running problem if earth from engine to frame is poor, engine stopping is probably the carb needing a clean. Check fuel flow from tank too.
