Default 150cc valve cover breather tube

I have a 150cc atv an have noticed my valve cover breather tube is spewing milky oil out at high rpms
the oil in the engine isn’t milky or over filled
why would the breather be leaking oil?
where is the breather actually supposed to go? Atm is is just dangling at the side of the engine
Any help is appreciated

The milky stuff is commonly known as Mayonnaise, It is a mix of oil and water and many engines produce it when condensation and oil fumes mix. You usually don't know anything about this, as it is fed into the airbox on most modern engines, where it is sucked into the engine and burnt.

shall I just route the breather tube to the airbox ?
Just a bit hesitant to do it because of the amount of oily stuff spewing out from the pipe ,will this not gunk up the carb in any way??

Try it and see. There should be a hole or pipe on the airbox for this breather to go into, or it could join another breather pipe going to airbox. On a single cylinder 150cc engine the breather tube(s) need to blow out 150cc of air as piston goes down and suck in 150cc of air as piston rises again, which is why they always seem to be bowing hard on a single.
