Default Fuel from exhaust. No start

Hey everyone any help would be great.

I have a 110cc Tao atv. Carb was shot. So I ordered a new one off Amazon replaced it fired up ASAP drove it around 20minutes to burn some fuel and it died flooded. Pushed it home started it back up in garage carb needed adjusted stared playing with the adjustment screws while it was on and running wrong turn then killed it. Now it won’t start up again it has spark replaced spark plug. Old plug was burnt. But after trying too start it, fuel was shooting from the exhaust. Maybe flooded engine and needs a new carb? Or I got a bad carb out the box? Fuel even started coming from the overflow and every time I try to start it now I can smell raw fuel from exhaust. I ordered a new carb to see it that’s the problem.

If fuel comes out of the overflow, the float needle is stuck, could just be dirt in it but you have now flooded engine, so check that fuel hasn't diluted the sump oil too much and strip the carb, cleaning float needle and seat. Never try to adjust a carb when it is flooding, as no way can you get adjustments right, try to return it back to original settings. Check that it isn't still flooding and try to start the bike again with a dry plug. If it runs OK for a while then floods again, more dirt must have got in from tank, so clean tank out or fit an in-line filter.
