Default LT80 turns over but won't start

Hi new to the forum but, long time information getter on ATVConnection.
My son's LT80 quit running after a flip over. I cleaned the carb, air filter, reeds, new plug, took the exhaust off and no blockage, new ignition coil. There is spark but, when it cranks there was fuel coming out the exhaust port. There is also fuel coming out the carb towards the air filter. IT seems like there is more air pushing out the carb than the exhaust port. At one point I was able to get a flame out of the front of the carb without the air filter connected. I am at a loss!!!!! I looked all thru the forum and tried anything that I could think of. Any ideas????

The fuel comming out the exhaust tells me that gas is overflowing in the carb. Clean the carb again, but this time remove the float needle seat and clean. There is a rare chance the needle is wore, but prolly not.
I had to do this just last night.
Once the carb is on, crank the motor with FULL thottle till it runs and cleans out.
Lets go from there.
FYI: there always is some spray out the carb.

Thanks for your help! I cleaned the carb, float and needle look good. Tried the full throttle. Then i put fuel to it and every once in a while it will produce a flame out the exhaust sounding like it wants to start but won't. I still have a bit of fuel coming out the exhaust port also. Do you think this has anything to do with spark? I changed the plug but, no change. I tried to use carb cleaner as a starting fuel with no success ...... What should I do next?

With fuel on, you held the thottle wide open and crank till it starts?
Sounds like it hasn't cleaned out yet.
