Post General tire size question

Hello all,

I have a 1998 Polaris Trailboss 250 2wd that was given to me and I working on as a project. The tires currently on it are 22x11-10 and 23x7-10 and need replacing, they are completely shot.

I know nothing about quad tires. I will be doing simple trial riding around New Mexico & Texas with no creeks or muddy bogs. I have had trouble finding tires to match the existing sizes and when I do find them they are expensive, are the existing sizes uncommon?

Are there more common sizes out there in todays market that would fit this quad and not effect the drivability too much?

Thank you
