Hello! I acquired a 2000 Xpedition 425 with low miles/hours though it was sitting in a barn for several years. I have it running pretty well and for the most part, everything works. One issue I run into is when the cooling fan kicks on, it sometimes cuts power to my speedo which of course, takes out my 4x4. This happens about 75% of time whenever the fan kicks on... not ideal for plowing snow. Anyone have any tips before I start replacing parts? My first thought it that the Fan Motor is drawing too much current, but wouldn't that happen every time? Other thought right now is the voltage regulator.
