Exhaust change makes a big differance.I also added a Delta V-force reed valve and a spacer kit,KN filter w/airbox mods, rejeting and a Hot seat clutch kit.Now she kicks the a$$ off most any utility 4x4 out there.Call Rick Ritter at 618-644 3211 he'll have most all this stuff,

I have beaten 2 scrambler 400's with my xplorer. They were both stock. If they have a pipe and clutch kit there is no way. You should buy hpd exhaust, clutch kit, reed cage, carb, and change your gearing. I went from the 13 tooth stock countershaft to a 11 tooth. It didn't affect the 4wd at all. Lots more low end power. Also taking weight off your bike will help alot.
