well, it finally happended. after 4000 miles I blew out an outboard u-joint which wiped out the bearing carrier and both joint carrier surfaces.

What is the best way to go on repair?
New prop shaft with the joints already installed?

New design shaft with cv joint and NO u-joints?

Anybody have this problem? Sharing experiences would be greatly appreciated.
