My dealer quoted me a $73 price for a factory service manual. That seems high. Where do you get a Polaris manual cheaper? I want the factory manual.

If anyone is wondering about grease fitting on the new HO...I have 21 grease fittings (6 front, 3 on front drive shaft, 12 on the rear).

My manual was around $50. I suggest you try another local dealer for the manual.

i got my manual for a 2000 expedition for $29.00 from my dealer..this just goes to show you how rediculous some dealers are..call around as im sure you could get it cheaper..ill give you the name and number of my dealer if you want, even with shipping it will still be alot cheaper..i dont think that just because we have different models that the prices should be that different..good luck

Gentleman,

Can you give me the email address or phone #s to the dealerships where you all purchased your manuals. It is a factory service manual..right? You got a good deal.

my dealer is:
poor farm trading post
townsend,mass.

im not at home and dont have their number and i dont think their on the internet..just look them up thru the polaris page,if you want to get closer use zip code 01730..like i said before even it being a different model than mine doesnt mean it should cost that much more, thats a real money hungry dealer..i wonder if polaris puts any limits on how much dealers can rape i mean charge for parts and accessories,i understand they need to make money too but not just on one customer..if they dont then they should..let me know what they quote for a price,im curious..good luck

Ronnies.com is supposed to start carrying them, too. They didn't have one for my machine (it is a '99) but the rep said they do for the new ones. I have no idea what they cost, though.
I finally did get a manual from Warner Outdoor 952-884-2111 and it was $57 sent to my door. It is the BIG binder type service manual that covers all the atvs Polaris makes. The model specific ones were less.
