My 96 warrior is cutting out real bad on the top end. It seems to miss when getting near Wot, then it will just cut out totally and the only way to revive it is to let off. Has any out their had a similar expierance? I checked the carb it looked good, cheacked fuel& air filter it looked good and I'am thinking it is somewhere in the ignition, connections maybe?

seems like a jetting issue, i know, what isn't a jetting issue.
I had the same prob with my wolverine, dropped a jet size and cleared it up.
with the warm weather around here that could affect which jet you need, depending on where you live

If your air filter is clean and it's not your emergency brake wire or reverse wire causing the problem then it is a jetting problem. If you're asking for horsepower and the quad breaks up it is running too rich. If you're not asking for horsepower and the quad breaks up it is running lean. Your situation sounds like it is running too rich. Try going 1 size smaller on the main jet and that should make the problem a little better. To eliminate the problem you will probably have to drop 2 or 3 main jet sizes.
