I wanted to know who makes a 500 big bore kit for my 99 warrior. I don't know who makes one. If someone can tell me it would be a load off my back.

There was a 500 kit for the Wolverine in dirt wheels, since it is the same engine I guess it could be done to both. It was by Four Stroke Tech.

1996 Yamaha Warrior

 

In the October edition of ATV Sport there is an Ad on page 86 from a company called "The Great Outdoor Store" claiming to be the #1 Yamaha dealer in 48 States. They are located in Jackson, TN and can be reached at 1-888-202-1264. The Ad only states that a 500cc kit is available for the Warrior. The 400cc kit is $495 so the 500 is probably significantly more.

Conatct "Four Stroke Tech" at (814) 842-6159. The "FST 500 Warrior" was featured in the Nov. 98 issue of 4-Wheel ATV Action magazine. The kit alone cost's $2000. or you can send them the motor and they will the work for $2500. including parts.........Herbert

Four Stroke Tech makes a Warrior 500 check with them and also ask them about and oil cooler to it would be a great addition.

 

From what I hear FST is backed up with
work and slow. Check Curtis Sparks and
Poweroll also. The Nov. 1998 4wheel ATV
Action iss. has an article on the FST 500.
