With a 440 kit do you have to put a diffrent cam in it. And where is the best place to have it installed.Do you have to change the valve springs or anthing.
I'm going to put the 10.3:1 in it so i don't have to run race gas.

No you do not have to change the cam. But if you do decide to go with a wild cam, ask the dealer/manufacturer if heavy duty valve springs are recommended, and if they are get them and do something about your rocker arms.
I dont know about good shops around you to get it installed, but I have done the job a few time with very good results. Dont expect to pay more than about $150 to get the machine work done to get the sleeve in the cylinder.
Also I am not sure you can run a 10.3:1 compression. I know there are piston / head gaskets combinations out there that supposely give 10.5:1, but who knows if that figure is accurate.
I would highly recommend the kit. I bought the IMS kit off of Rocky Mountain and got it $130 cheaper than what IMS wanted to sell it to me at.
