i live in canada and they are thinking about passing a bill that lets them froce us to get liscences to drive atv's! what's with that? they treat us like crap in New Brunswick but expect us to commply to their beck and call!

 

Unfortunately the government looks at all safety issues in only one way... Dead taxpayers don't pay... So generally they want to go overboard intrusively into folks lives to make sure theres every chance that you'll be kicking tommarrow to ante up on taxes.
