Hello, my name is Mark I am 16 years old and I live in NJ, I am an avid atv rider and racer, and i have just recently been notified that the state of NJ is trying to push atv/dirtbike riders out of the woods that we pay taxes on, the consequences are 2 years loss of drivers liscence, numerous fines and impoundment of your machine. This is very disturbing to me because there is no place to ride in new jersey anymore legally, Atv riding is all i have and it is what i love and with no place to ride I cannot practice for my races, and simply have fun. I am a member of AMA and what I am trying to accomplish here is to get all names of atv/dirtbike riders to support this patition. If I get this patition completed I will try to do all my best to support my fellow riders to try to make these laws change, hopefully the AMA is not alone on this subject, and we can get land to ride on legally, even if it has a small fee. all you have to do is reply to this message here with your full name if you agree to the message above.
