Dear fellow atv'ers or orv'ers!

I finally made up my mind on the Sp700, I will have it delivered in one week (so they say) but I just found out that it doesnt have a recoil starter!! (never thought that I needed to look for that) Like MTPockets said that he has never needed to use it...it is the same case for me, i have owned an SP335 and a Traxter XT and never used it. But it is also true that it is nice to know that you have it just in case, isnt it? What are your thoughts on this? And in the worse case scenario: what do you do if for some crazy reason your battery dies or for that matter the starter does...HOW DO YOU GET THE MONSTER STARTED???

Please give some peace of mind to this new buyer!!! hahaha

im not sure you would even be able to start a 700 with a recoil, even with compression release

 

my 400 xplorer with EBS with start by coasting it down a hill. the belt is aways engaged with EBS and i would think the 700 would work the same.
