The stock front sprocket has 13 tooth. I think that the largest you can get is a 14 tooth. A 14 tooth will give you a higher top speed (about 60mph) but will also remove alot of low-end (so it's wise to have a few mods that will improve your low-end). Hope this helped

I have a stock blaster with a 14 tooth front sproket. I did loose a little low end, it just took a little bit to get used. But I did gain 5mph on the top end. I have been clocked 3 seperate times at 65mph.. You just have to use the clutch a little more in the low-end.

As far as I know, 15+ tooth Blaster front sprockets don't exist. There are front 15 tooth front sprockets for Banshee's and other high HP ATV's, but I don't know if you can modify a Banshee front sprocket to fit a Blaster.

I have 14/42 gearing and it works great. Lots of low end but still has ton of to end.
