warrior sprockets

i hear that going up on the teeth on front sprocket gives more low end and more torque so what happens when you go up on the back and what happens if you go down on either

dude somebody told u the opposite, going down on the front sprocket gives you more low-end and going up gives more top end. For the rear going down gives you more top-end and going up teeth gives you low-end. Just thought that i would let you know
