How often should I grease the two zerks at the bottom of the strut housings, the two a-arm zerks, the two swingarm pivot zerks, and the axle housing?

Is there such thing as over-greasing? I grease it probably one pump a week for all those zerks.

Should I be greasing any tie-rod ends, or steering stem stuff? I have a 2001 2x4, so I do not have the zerks on the steering stem.

As long as you wipe off your excess grease...the old stuff pushed out, there really isn't any harm done. Try the Slick 50 One Grease ( even available at Walmart) it is teflon based. Teflon and water don't mix, so for the quads, you can't beat it. Same reason I use Tri-Flo on the chain.
