I did buy the three year extended warranty on my 00 Kodiak through the dealer. It cost me $540.00.

 

The Way you usually purchase the 3-year extended
is when you buy your Quad, if there is another way
I do not know of it.

However in shopping around and a tad bit of good ol' fashioned haggling, you may find a better
price for the Quad and the Warrenty.

 

Up here in Washington, the Kodiak extended warrenty runs you $540. It might be worth it after reading some of the posts on this board about the leaky waterpump.

 

FYI You can buy the extended warranty any time during the original warranty period.

 

I paid $350 for my 3 year extended warranty and the 20 hour service was thrown in. Folks, warranty prices are negotiable, don't let them BS you! It is a very profitable thing for them and likely more negotiable than the machine itself
