I found one at my local auction, needs fenders, racks , handle bars, a some other misc stuff.... are these parts expensive ??????

I could get ath atv for as cheap as 500$ but I think it will go for around 1500$.

Are they good atv's ????

I'm thinking iof buying, riding it for a little while and then resale it....

The griz is a good ride. it's got power and it's tough. it sounds like the one you are talking about has been used pretty good. if it's running and not smoking it'll probably be worth the $500-1500.

Actualy it's a very clean atv. I looks like it has low hours on it. but it probably rolled down a hill and flipped over a dozen times...

2000 Grizz's are worth about $3000-4000. Its worth the money to repair it. I wouldn't go crazy and replace everything, just the parts to make it safe again. Why replace something that you may end up bending again! The 600 Grizz is a work horse! Fun machine, but I like my new 660's suspension. But if I could get a 600 for $500-1000, I would grab it!

I paid $4500 for my 2000 Grizz, just about 3 months ago. Which was still way under the book value by the way. A ramp kicked out while I was backing it off the truck, and it fell to the ground (with me on it , well under it:frown and yes the parts are expensive. But, that machine of yours is still worth the $1500, you should be able to find a lot of those parts used on ebay. Check out partsfish.com if you want to get an idea on new parts. I skid 8 ft. logs, probably 15 to 20 inches in diameter out of the woods with mine. I pull with it, then when we're done, I take it out for just riding, and some of the machines are faster than me, but no one leaves me way behind, and I blow most of the other utilities out of the water. If you get that machine of yours put back together, you will have an excellent machine. I would grab it if I had the chance. Oh yeah, only thing that sucks on my Grizz is the 4 wheel drive, but you hardly ever have to use it anyways, and when it 3 wheels, I just bakc up and get another start.

Well there is a theft recovery 98 Banshee on monday(I'll try to get that first)

And if I cant get ti for a good price, I try to get the grizzly.

I Wish that I could get the banshee for dirt cheap and then still have ebough money for the grizzly but with my luck lately(read my sig) I'll be happy if I get either one of them.

did the insurance company total it? I would check out the frame and make sure it's not bent to bad then take it from there. If its not bent then it might be a good money maker!
