Who does this guy think he is? I guess that everyone is entitled to their opinion, even if it is wrong I also enjoy fishing and I don't see a conflict between atvs and fishing.

<< Reasons to deny ATV access to public lands are painfully obvious. They are dangerous, cause erosion, and create noise. >>

bullsh*t and bullsh*t and so so

<< After witnessing this accident, I no longer wish to take my family to a place where ATVs are used. What if we are on a trail and an ATV comes whizzing around a bend? Elderly people and kids can't move fast enough to get out of the way, and if the driver loses control it may not matter which way you jump out of the way. >>

where does this guy come up w/ this sh*t

<< . Most people do not own ATVs, and find them intensely obnoxious. People planning any activity adversely affected by noise will avoid ATV infected places, >>

lots of people own atv and this is the only guy i have meet that hates atvs!

and we " infect" places

<< [i]ATVs should be denied further access to state lands. In addition, any current access to state lands should be ended. Let's take the offensive to shut ATV use out of all state lands. [/Q

in the words of method man i wanna sew his a$$hole closed and keep fedding him and feeding him then punch him in the belly!!!

The way I see it, you have two choices on how to fight people like this.

A) You can take advantage of the list of addresses to write and explain how important ATVs are to you, and that you will vote for politicians that protect your right to use your quad.

B) Use the list to write and demand that all cars, trucks, interstates, highways, roads, and heavy industry be banned outright, because they infringe on your right to peace and quiet, and prevent you from enjoying your "angling expirience".

i'm guess ing that this guy is some 70 year old retired guy with nothing else to do but find something to b!tch about. don't get me wrong, i have nothing against 70 year old retirees' ( my parents are two of them . But after visiting them i have met some that would write something like this. This is for me to the first time i have met someone who hates atv's. I have met people who strongly don't like them, but to ban them from a whole state? that is just an ignorant statement.

This guy is exactly what is going wrong with this country. I suppose if he saw a major car accident caused by someone's careless driving he would never drive again. Yeah Right!!!! I am so sick of people who have nothing better to do than try to take away other people's enjoyment. This state has already enacted a stupid ATV registration law, that makes absolutely no sense, as there are so few places you can actually legally ride an ATV anyways, other than your own property that is. Furthermore, they must be really concerned with this law, I sent my registration in over 9 weeks ago, last I knew the check hadn't even cleared yet!!!! Now I was reading that they are trying to pass legislation making it illegal to camp on state game lands, or build a fire. Here is the link, check it out http://sites.state.pa.us/PA_Exec/PGC...regulation.htm

There will of course be fines impossed if this goes through. EXCUSE ME, but who is it that pays the funding for state game lands, taxpayers, I do believe. Now they tell us we can't even use them. We live in a world where our business becomes everybody elses. If this guy or his family had been harmed in any way, I could possibly understand his b!tching. Maybe we all ought write our congressman, because I saw a fish hook package along a stream the other day. I think they should ban fishing just because of one a$$hole. Not Really, I like to fish. People need to just shut up and mind there own business unless its hurting them.
