I have been wanting to get PIAA's for my '01 Scrambler 500, but did not spend the $200 yet. Looking for a shift **** at Kragen Auto, I went over to the fog light section. There I found the perfect kit. A 55w dual light setup for $39, made by Federal Mogul (I guess they don't just do engine bearings 'n stuff!)
I got it installed in about 20 minutes and it just looks so much better than the stock setup, IMO. Brighter too. The part number is XT853. Sorry, It's not listed on their site.

I don't know what my webspace is yet so I'll post pictures soon. If someone wants me to email them for posting or your own installation, let me know.

 

Cold you send me some pictures. I was interested in changing mine to 55wt but I cant seem to find any bulbs that fit, so I think that I will have to change the whole light. How easy was it to hook up. How does your aternator handle it. Thanks rampower4x4@hotmail.com

 

Also, did you wire them to the stock light circuit so that the switch still worked?
