hi guys, just put a DG grab bar on the lakota along with a kn cartiage filter and outerwear. the grab bar is for a mojave, when i started to put it on i found the bar to be 1/2" too narrow so i spread it apart with my floor jack. cool it fit great so i put the short bolts in to hold it while i put the plastic back on, surprise the fender support arms would'nt go down far enough for the bolts to line up i marked the bar with a pencil, took it back off cut about 1/4" off and put it back on. every thing now bolts up ,no problems. to take the big air box off to get the new filter on, the shock has to come off from the top mount and tilted back, the wheels have to be off the ground with the swing arm hanging free, this was done while the plastic was off to do the bar. went out and rode in the field, hit 2nd hard, front came up vcool runs better than before. i did'nt have to rejet as i was a little rich anyway.

STEBOB we are still on for the 10th of april here is my e-mail address if you would sent me yours it would be great.

So far sounds like a plan to me!! I'll send you an email. My buddy just put a clamp on his Mojave, had to undo the shock too. I think I'm gonna do this next as well. Should be just a little more kick to it.
