Has anyone added a lift kit to their Rubicon if so what are your thoughts? If you have thought of doing so but decided not to.Why?

I am looking at the Lightning Kit

Thanks

DONT DO IT!

I have had poor experiences with lift kit causing excessive wear. The cons far out weigh the pros...

Pros:
Looks good
Higher Ground clearance

Cons:
Excessive wear
Extremely costly when parts start to break. IE A-frame ball joints, tie rod ends, CV joints, wheel bearings and u-joints to name a few.

Thought about it, decided not to. I like the stability of the Rubicon. I like the ride height. I lifted Rubicon does look nice. Have been around 4 wheel drive vehicles for years, when you start altering them you also alter their dependability, usually decreasing. If you do life it check out highlifter.com I understand they are the Honda experts. (2" for $100)
