It acts like it is not getting enough fuel. Going to try
new plug and take off tank and check filter and change
gas. This is the first problem and use it almost every
day.

 

I would check the gas tank vent hose to see if you can blow trough it. Then drain the carb float bowl. I had the problem with the vent line it is real long and gets mud in the end of it and stops it up.

 

I had this happen on my 2000 500. It turned out to be a silver of brass through the center of the main jet, it appeared to be a small portion of the thread. Took almost 900 miles before it washed its way into the jet. Would have never believed it if I hadn't seen it. ACZR2K
