On my blaster the base gasket is leaking and I can't figure out why it is doing it. This is the second gasket to go bad. It is correctly torqued so if someone could help me please I would appreciate it.

well, the only other possibility if the gasket was not defective (which i am assuming after two they are not) and you torqued them properly, is that the jug and/or the case is not true (flat). Those are the only real options that I can think of.

Blasters have problems with blowing gaskets....I dont know why....Ive had your problem happen twice and the right side cover gasket always needs replaced each year....I heard you can make SMALL holes which combined with propper gasket sealer will keep the gaskets from comming out....I never tried it though

check to see if crank case surface is smooth where case halfs join together where your gasket sits Also there is a updated cluth cover gasket ,if your side cover is leaking. vmaxer.
