With toilet paper the 6 ply is stronger than the 4 ply. It's probably the same way with tires.

It has something to do with the thickness of the carcass of the tires. I have 6-ply Razrs on my Warrior and my friend has 4-ply Razrs on his blaster and they both handle good. 4-ply are good for mx and other applications which don't require much puncture resistance and where weight is a big concern. The 6-plys are bette for x-country and trails where you encounter more rocks and debris. PeAcE OuT yO!!
